What To Expect At Your Microneedling Appointment
Here is what you should expect if you decide to go forward with this procedure.
First, your aesthetician will clean the target area with an antiseptic or saline treatment. They will then stretch the area with one hand and perpendicularly roll a dermaroller in a horizontal, oblique, and vertical direction with the other hand.
The rolling is applied 5 times in each direction. This beauty therapy method is safe for most skin types and requires minimal recovery downtime. Microneedling results are usually seen over a longer period because new collagen continues to be laid down 3-6 months after your treatment has stopped.
