Membership Policy

Membership Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Lakeside Aesthetics Membership Program. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, as they govern your membership and the use of your accrued credit.

1. Membership Tiers:
Bronze Membership: £35 per month; 5% top-up credit
Silver Membership: £45 per month; 10% top-up credit
Gold Membership: £75 per month; 15% top-up credit
Platinum Membership: £100 per month; 25% top-up credit

2. Payment Terms:
Monthly membership fees are automatically deducted from the saved card on file.
The chosen membership fee is charged on the same date each month from the initial sign-up date.

3. Credit Accumulation and Usage:
Credit is accrued monthly based on your membership tier and can be used for any treatment offered at Lakeside Aesthetics.
Accrued credit is applied to your account at the start of each billing cycle.
Membership credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Membership Cancellation:
Membership can be cancelled at any time without penalty.
To cancel your membership, contact us at
donna@lakeside-aesthetics.co.uk.
Upon cancellation, any remaining credit in your account will remain valid and be used for future treatments.

5. Changes to Membership Tiers:
You may upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at any time.
Changes to your membership tier will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
To change your membership tier, contact us via email at donna@lakeside-aesthetics.co.uk.

6. Membership Benefits:
Members receive a top-up credit percentage based on their selected membership tier.
Special offers are not able to be used in conjunction with memberships.

7. Membership Terms:
Lakeside Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or discontinue the membership program at anytime.
Any changes to membership terms will be communicated to members with at least 30 days’ notice.

8. Privacy and Data Security:
Your personal information, including payment details, is securely stored and processed by GDPR.
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

9. Liability:
Lakeside Aesthetics is not responsible for any loss of credit or benefits due to account inactivity or cancellation.
Members are responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact and payment information.
