How do I set up the Direct Debit

When you click on the sign up button, you’ll open a pop-up to enter your details.

Simple and straightforward!

When can I book an appointment?

Once you sign up, your account will start accumulating credit.

You can use this credit to make bookings or top up during your appointment with your practitioner.

What happens if I want to cancel?

You are required to provide 30 days’ notice to cancel your direct debit. We will review the treatments you have received while on the membership plan. If you have received a treatment and then cancelled your direct debit, additional charges will apply to cover the cost of that treatment.

Can I buy two memberships for Aesthetics and Skin?

There really isn’t any need, as you can top up your account as needed.

What treatments can I have?

Absolutely anything on our treatment list.

What's the best plan for regular skincare?

Bronze: Regular facials once every 2 months

Silver: Regular facials and peels, 6 per year

Gold: Regular facials and peels, 6 per year, plus 1 prescriptive peel per year

Platinum: Regular facials and peels, 6 per year, plus 4 prescriptive peels per year

What's the best treatment plan for aesthetic treatments?

Bronze: Dermal filler or skin booster once every 6 months

Silver: Toxin treatment once every 6 months

Gold: Toxin treatment once every 4 months

Platinum: Toxin treatment every 4 months, plus dermal filler or injectable skincare every 6 months
